Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or cancel and refund your order in full.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unexpectedly out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred - in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on all orders, dispatched within 24 hours. Estimated delivery timescales are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

Returns and the 30-Day Sleep Trial

Dreamlight 4S comes with a 30-Day Sleep Trial. If it isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details of how to arrange a return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and product photography - is owned by or licensed to Dreamlight and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
